Arne has been with the Village of Radium Hot Springs since 2003 in the position of Director of Planning and Development Services. In this position, he is also the Building Official for the Village. In 2017, Arne achieved certification as an RBO. In addition to his duties as the Building Official, Arne is responsible for subdivision approvals, Bylaw amendments and has been managing several special projects during his tenure at the Village.
Arne holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and is a Registered Professional Forester (ret). Prior to being employed by the Village of Radium Hot Springs, he worked in the forest industry for almost 25 years in locations throughout BC.
