Job Posting

To post a job, please complete the form below.

Postings will be removed after the closing date or upon expiration of the chosen term of the posting.

You will receive a confirmation email that will include the invoice with payment options. The invoice must be paid prior to the job being posted. Once payment has been received, the job will be posted on our website under the ‘Careers’ section.

BOABC members will receive an email every Friday with the new job postings. These will also appear in the “Latest Updates” section on the homepage of our website.

Fee schedule:

Term of posting: 30 days – The fee for member distribution and website job posting is $400 + GST (5%) = $420.

Term of posting: 45 days – The fee for member distribution and website job posting is $500 + GST (5%) = $525.

Term of posting: 60 days – The fee for member distribution and website job posting is $600 + GST (5%) = $630.

Term of posting: 90 days – The fee for member distribution and website job posting is $900 + GST (5%) = $945.

Revisions: Please resubmit a form with revised PDF document and closing date.

Posting requirements: PDF document of the position, with closing date provided.

Please note that, under the Building Act, only qualified building and plumbing officials or exempt building professionals (e.g. professional architects or engineers) are legally able to decide whether a matter confirms with building regulations on behalf of a local authority.  Contact the Association at info@boabc.org or 604-270-9516 for more information about qualification requirements for building and plumbing officials.
