Wayne’s current role within the BOABC is the VP of Education, which is a volunteer position that he is proud to hold. Wayne works closely with the Executive Committee (Board of Directors) to help move the organization forward.
Wayne also works as a Manager of Building Services on Vancouver Island with a background in construction which helps him understand some of the challenging issues that face today’s builders. Wayne’s goal is to conduct inspections from a non-adversarial approach so that the builders and municipality can work together to provide safe buildings for the public.
