The purpose of the BOABC Executive Code of Conduct is to protect the public interest by regulating building and plumbing officials, based on the Association’s history and values, the laws applicable to the organization and its business, and good governance practices.
This Code of Conduct replaces the following policies that were repealed:
2.7.1 Code of Ethics, Professional Conduct, Rules of Professional Conduct;
2.7.2 Conflict of Interest and Personal Bias;
2.7.4 Director, Committee Members, Other Persons Acting on Behalf of BOABC; and
2.7.7 Notice of Compliance for Code of Ethics.
