Rawya Moustapha

Rawya is the Financial Controller and Administrative Manager at the Building Officials’ Association of B.C., overseeing accounting, financial planning, corporate administration, payroll, human resources, and event planning. With over 20 years of experience in both private and non-profit organizations—including roles at Jim Pattison Auto Group, R.B. Communications—she brings expertise in full-cycle accounting, budgeting, financial strategy, and project management. Rawya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting and has completed advanced training in financial forecasting, payroll, and accounting systems.

Outside of work, Rawya is a proud parent of two and enjoys travelling, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.
