There will be a BOABC Special General Meeting, held ONLINE from 9:00 – 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 5, 2026
Formal notice of this meeting has been provided to all members by email pursuant to section 7(2) of the bylaws.
The notice includes the registration link and other important details for the SGM. Registration closes on Monday, March 2, 2026.
Prior to the SGM, all registrants will receive an email with a Zoom meeting link. Voting credentials will be sent to all registrants who are eligible to vote. This email will be sent by the third-party vendor, Data On The Spot (DOTS), that is providing the online meeting and voting software.
You can view the SGM Documents inside the ‘Member Forum’ by logging into your Member Portal. The Member Forum can be found at the bottom of the menu once you are logged in.
