Jeremy Scott

Jeremy Scott possesses over 9 years of operational leadership and human resource management experience in industries including hospitality, non-profit organizations, consulting, and the BC Public Service.  In his current role as Supervisor of Contact Center Operations for Service BC, Jeremy has led the onboarding on numerous high-profile lines of business.  His achievements include the success of the recent Elections BC contact center, the rapid stand-up of the 1-888-COVID-19 non-medical information line, and his present role supporting the BC COVID-19 vaccine deployment.  Jeremy was recently elected as a BCGEU Shop Steward.  Mr. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from the University of Victoria.  He also has a post-graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Royal Roads University.  In addition to his current role with Maximus, Jeremy also sits as the Acting Secretary and Chair of the HR Committee for the Victoria Disability Resource Center Board of Directors.  Jeremy also supports the Employment and Assistance Appeals Tribunal (EAAT) as an acting Panel Member adjudicating cases since 2020.
