This 90-minute webinar will explore how off-site and mass timber construction can advance Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) as a solution to the “missing middle” housing gap. The session will highlight recent and emerging policy directions, design and permitting pathways, and lessons learned from real-world projects. Alongside expert presentations, participants will engage in interactive breakout discussions to connect insights across policy, design, and practice. The event is a collaboration between BCIT and Small Housing BC.
