Course Registration

NOTE: BOABC Level 1, 2, and 3 COURSES ARE BASED ON THE 2018 BC BUILDING CODE.  The courses are currently under review and will reflect the 2024 BC Building Code in early 2025.  If you are enrolled in one of our courses based on the 2018 BCBC, we recommend taking the Code Update Training to prepare yourself for the updated exams.

We offer a student membership for those who sign up for a course with us.  Please click here to complete the membership application form.  Once you have been approved for membership, you will receive an email including the link to register as a BOABC member for the course.

Course Advising:

Course advising is available to learners registered in an Association course. Should you require study help in relation to the course content or have code-related questions, please click here.

    a) Course Only $675 plus GST
    b) Course with Exams $1125 plus GST
  • Fees – non members:
    c) Course Only $875 plus GST
    d) Course with Exams $1325 plus GST

Building Level 2 Online Course & Qualification Exams (BC2-5 & BC2-6)

  • Tablets and smart phones may work but are not officially supported by BOABC for online learning.
  • A high speed Internet connection that is strong and stable. Videos and other interactive elements in courses require a good connection.
  • Javascript and cookies must be enabled. Please refer to your browser’s documentation for assistance.
  • Pop-up blockers must be disabled. Please refer to your browser’s documentation for details.
  • To view documents you will need a PDF reader (e.g. Adobe Reader) and Microsoft Office.
