Membership Form

In order to apply for membership in the BOABC you are asked to please complete the form below.

When this form is submitted it is forwarded to the BOABC head office for review and approval of the membership.

On approval, the applicant is notified by BOABC and will be invoiced for an application fee and their membership dues.

The Annual Membership Dues for 2020-2021 (April 1, 2020 – March 31, 2021) are as follows:

$441.53 Plus $200.00 Assessment fees = $641.53 Plus GST of $ 32.08= $ 673.61– Regular and all Associate Memberships

Please Note: New Membership Application Fee of $125.00 Plus GST of $ 6.25= $ 131.25 will be added to all NEW applications for membership.

Please note: Membership dues/fees and Application fees are non-refundable

Prorated annual fees for Regular and All Associate Memberships are as follows:

April 1st – June 30th (full annual fee) $ 641.53 + $ 32.08 = $ 673.61
July 1st – September 30th ( 3/4 of the of annual fee) $ 481.15 + $ 24.06 = $ 505.20
October 1st – December 31st ( ½ of the annual fee) $ 320.77 + $ 16.04 = $ 336.81
January 1st – March 31st ( ¼ of the annual fee) $ 160.38 + $ 8.02 = $ 168.40
