Under the Building Act (Act), all qualified building and plumbing officials must submit an Annual Report to the Association by December 31 of each year to confirm that they have completed 10 points of eligible professional development activities (or the pro-rated portion thereof) and that they are a member of the Association in good standing.
Qualified officials who do not submit an Annual Report by the deadline will be removed from the Register of Qualified Building and Plumbing Officials and will no longer be qualified to make decisions about compliance with building regulations on behalf of local authorities.
Annual Report submissions are verified against CPD information submitted, please ensure that CPD records for 2024 are complete prior to submitting your Annual Report.
Your 2024 Annual Report can be accessed by logging into your Login Portal, and then by clicking on ‘Annual Report’ under the Menu.
