The Manufactured Housing Association of BC represents those companies involved in the sales, manufacture, transport and support of the manufactured and modular housing industry. The MHABC routinely presents to the Building Officials Assn of BC during the organization’s Conferences and Webinar Series.
This webinar will provide an update on the certification standards used by the industry with a more in-depth discussion on recent MHABC activities to develop permitting and final inspection checklists. Further, information related to compliance of manufactured and modular housing with BC’s Step Code strategy will be provided. The presentation will conclude with an update the MHABC’s 2025 Summit scheduled to be held during the Spring in Penticton. Time will be allotted for a question-and-answer period.
